Innovation is fundamental to the survival and development of enterprises. In order to better serve the enterprises in the park and promote technological progress and innovation of the enterprises entering the park, on May 26, 2015, Jinan International Innovation Design Industrial Park held the "Qilu Design Salon" event. This event invited Professor Zhang, a well-known Chinese innovation method expert, Secretary General of the National Enterprise Innovation Method Competition Organizing Committee, and Director of the Innovation Design Research Center of Shandong Jianzhu University, to provide theme training on "Method Leading Innovation, Innovation Driven Development" for the enterprises entering the park.

      TRIZ was invented by the former Soviet inventor G S. The problem-solving theory invented by Altshuller in 1946 has achieved significant results in cultivating innovative and practical talents in enterprises, helping them build innovative systems, and improving their ability and efficiency to identify, analyze, and solve problems. In recent years, we have continuously improved and developed innovative designs widely used in daily life products, as well as in the innovation and commercial management of large-scale engineering products. In the late 1990s, under the influence of the financial crisis, Samsung made a painful decision to invest heavily in innovation. Samsung promoted and applied the TRIZ innovation method in its enterprises, and by the beginning of the 21st century, Samsung had become one of the world's most famous corporate groups. It is the training of this system that not only consolidates Samsung's position in the industry, but also gives it a sustainable and unique innovation capability.

      NovaSensor has always attached great importance to cultivating employees' innovation ability. Taking this opportunity, a 15 person TRIZ innovation learning group was organized. Under the guidance of Professor Zhang Mingqin, everyone was able to understand and experience the effectiveness of TRIZ as an innovative "tool". They learned the "three moves and five methods" on site, fully stimulating everyone's enthusiasm for learning innovative methods and improving their innovation ability and confidence.

        Through this study of TRIZ theory, the people of NovaSensor deeply appreciate the power and importance of innovation. In the future, we will delve into the mysteries and techniques of TRIZ innovation methods, and better apply TRIZ to all aspects of the company from research and development to production, continuously injecting innovative vitality into the enterprise and providing customers with better quality products.
