Usage and operation
( 1 ) When using or in use, please place the device on a stationary (no vibration) work surface.
( 2 ) Use pipelines to connect the equipment and the sampling ports . The two sampling ports can be connected arbitrarily .
( 3 ) After confirming that the hose is connected, turn on the switch to start the generator and the instrument under test .
( 4 ) Turn the flow control valve and observe that the pressure indication value does not exceed the sampling pressure of the instrument under test. It is recommended to adjust the pressure indication value to (50~100) Pa and keep it stable .
( 5 ) Turn the cleanliness control valve to adjust the particle concentration of the generator. Turning it clockwise will reduce the concentration, while turning it counterclockwise will increase the concentration .
( 6 ) By observing the reading of the particle counter to be tested, adjust the concentration to zero or a certain cleanliness level.
( 7 ) After the cleanliness adjustment is completed and the displayed value is stable, calibration can be carried out.
( 8 ) Click the "TEST" button on the power display panel to display the current power percentage of the device (this function is not available in the normal power version).
Precautions
( 1 ) After receiving the clean environment generator , please read the instruction manual carefully and keep it in a safe place.
( 2 ) The clean environment generator can generate a concentration lower than the current environmental concentration, but cannot generate a concentration higher than the current environmental concentration .
( 3 ) If there is dirt on the surface, wipe it clean with a dust-free cloth dipped in 75% alcohol. Do not use other highly corrosive solutions to wipe the surface.
( 4 ) The length of the hose connected to the clean environment generator shall not exceed 1.5 meters. The hose should be PVC hose or silicone hose as specified in the standard , and it is best if the hose has a PTFE layer inside.
Note: The longer the tube, the greater the load on the instrument gas source and the accumulation of particles , which increases measurement errors .
( 5 ) To ensure product maintenance time , do not use the product in an environment with excessively high concentrations for a long time to avoid clogging of the internal high-precision filter due to the harsh environment. The filter is a consumable item. If the generator cannot meet the test requirements, please contact the manufacturer and return it for repair.
