From 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. on May 21, 2025, the acceptance meeting for Nofang's new product - SND5000 dynamic image particle size and shape analyzer was held in the first conference room of Shandong Nofang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting invited more than 40 people including the general manager, deputy general manager, product R&D core team, and marketing team to participate in the acceptance and evaluation.

Starting from August 30, 2024, the project team members spent more than 7 months, going through the processes of product feasibility verification, large particle demonstration DEMO, particle detection unit and dispersion unit principle verification, product overall structure finalization, and system overall testing. On April 11, 2025, it was confirmed that the SND5000 dynamic image particle size and shape analyzer was successfully developed.

During the development of the image particle size analyzer, the core team of Nofang referred to 24 product patents, followed 3 product standards and 13 industry standards to ensure product quality and meet industry requirements; they made great efforts to research and design the portability, reliability and ease of use of the image particle size analyzer, centered on user needs, and completed the task beyond expectations; through the efforts of team members, more than 8 technical achievements achieved a 0-1 breakthrough, improving the product competitiveness of the image particle size analyzer.
